Master's or PhD preferred.5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science with a focus on generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or computer vision.Expertise in large-scale Transformer-based models such as GPT and VLMs.Working experience with multimodal datasets including text, images, and 3D data.Strong proficiency in Python programming language and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and pandas.Solid foundation in probability theory, statistics, and optimization techniques.Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models using cloud microservices.Strong software engineering background with expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), testing, version control, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Define the technical direction and AI vision for the Generative AI team.Shape and execute the AI strategy by identifying high-impact use cases.Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models for multimodal document and data processing.Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent automated solutions.Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and model training workflows.Train, optimize, and deploy AI models using AWS and modern MLOps practices.Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI into real-world products and workflows.Guide and upskill team members on ML architecture and best practices.Stay current with the latest generative AI, deep learning, and multimodal model research.Interested candidates can connect via WhatsApp on 9154908075
