Job OverviewWe are seeking a junior-level Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position, ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience who have a strong passion for motion design and visual storytelling. The role involves creating engaging motion graphics that align with our studio management technology and overall company vision.Qualifications and SkillsProficient in Adobe After Effects (mandatory skill) for creating stunning motion graphics and animations.Skilled in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory skill) for designing vector-based graphics and illustrations.Experienced in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory skill) for creating detailed image manipulations and compositions.Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and refining motion graphic projects.Ability to develop storyboards that effectively convey visual narratives for projects.Experience in visual storytelling with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.Understanding of motion design principles to create captivating and fluid animations.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality motion graphics for various marketing and promotional materials.Develop storyboards and style frames to visualize ideas and concepts.Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure consistency and alignment with project goals.Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into motion design projects.Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for visual content.Ensure all project deadlines are met and deliverables are of exceptional quality.Assist in refining and improving existing motion graphic content as needed.Work with cross-functional teams to integrate motion graphics within broader project scopes.
