Project Governance SpecialistThis role is responsible for driving project governance, portfolio management and strategic reporting across multiple initiatives.You will lead the PMO function, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, optimizing processes and enabling leadership with actionable insights.This requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency and influencing stakeholders at all levels.You will own and manage PMO governance frameworks, ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.You will develop portfolio dashboards, KPIs and executive reports using advanced Excel and visualization tools.You will drive data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking for projects and programs.You will facilitate executive governance meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.You will mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.You will collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.You will refine PMO processes for efficiency and scalability.Qualifications and Skills:5+ years of experience in PMO, program management or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools.Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Experience in financial management for projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP or similar certification preferred.
