Generative AI Developer PositionThis is a challenging role for an innovative and experienced developer who can contribute to the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models and algorithms.We are looking for someone who can design, prototype, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion models) for enterprise use cases.The ideal candidate will build and fine-tune LLM-based applications (chatbots, summarization, document Q&A, report generation, code assistants, etc.)The successful applicant will apply prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and context-aware pipelines to ensure accuracy and relevance.The chosen individual will integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and data stores using Python, Java, or Node.js backends.They will collaborate with architects to define scalable and secure AI service architectures.Required Skills and Qualifications:Implementing AI/ML pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment (using tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI, or Azure ML).Managing model evaluation, drift monitoring, and continuous improvement processes.Optimizing inference performance and cost (e.g., model compression, quantization, API optimization).Earning compliance with AI ethics, security, and governance standards.Preparing and curating training datasets (structured/unstructured text, images, code).Applying data preprocessing, tokenization, and embedding generation techniques.Working with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) for semantic retrieval use cases.Partnering with business stakeholders to identify and shape AI use cases.Contributing to the creation of a strategic AI adoption roadmap and reusable AI Workbench/platform components.Supporting POCs, pilots, and full-scale implementations with agile delivery.Documenting and presenting solution designs, technical findings, and results to leadership and clients.Benefits:We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive salary, and opportunities for growth and development.What We Offer:A collaborative team, cutting-edge technology, and a passion for innovation.
