Company Description

Sixteen is a screen time management app designed to help users build better digital habits. It combines financial incentives and social accountability to encourage users to stick to their screen time goals. When users exceed their self-set limits on specific apps, a predetermined amount is automatically invested in gold for two years. The app also incorporates a social aspect, allowing friends to view each other's progress for added motivation. Sixteen integrates principles from behavioral economics, social psychology, and gamification to drive sustainable change in digital habits. Led by Keshav, an experienced Design Lead, the app aims to address excessive social media usage affecting billions globally. Sixteen is currently in development, with plans to launch on both App Store and Google Play in the near future.


Role Description

We are looking for a talented and versatile Video Editor & Camera Person who can take our video content from concept to final cut. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience shooting high-quality video and the technical skills to edit it into captivating content. This is the kind of work we expect from you: Instagram Reel. While the person in front of the camera may be different, you’ll be the one leading and managing the entire process.


Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting:

  • Operate cameras and capture high-quality video footage
  • Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition during shoots to create engaging visuals.
  • Collaborate with the other person to understand the vision for each video.


Video Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into polished, creative videos that align with brand guidelines and creative direction.
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, and music to enhance videos.
  • Stay up-to-date with trending video formats on Instagram (e.g., Reels, Stories, carousel posts) and ensure that all content is optimized for maximum engagement.
  • Deliver videos in various formats and ensure they are optimized for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).


Social Media Awareness & Trend Integration:

  • Stay on top of Instagram trends, viral challenges, and popular video styles to ensure that our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Leverage trending music, effects, and hashtags to increase visibility and engagement on Instagram.
  • Suggest creative ways to tie trending content to our brand’s messaging.


Collaboration & Feedback:

  • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to refine video concepts and ensure timely delivery.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve video quality and align with project goals.


Compensation for this role ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month. We are urgently seeking a candidate based in Delhi.
