Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail -oriented Architect to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural designs from concept to completion. - Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD. - Conduct site visits and feasibility studies. - Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals - Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and consultants - Ensure designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations - Supervise construction progress and resolve design -related issues - Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.Requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture - Licensed Architect (preferred or as required by region) - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUP, and other design tools. - Strong visual awareness and attention to detail - Excellent communication and project management skills - Knowledge of sustainable design and green building standards is a plus.
