Our Intelligence Fabric connects raw data to decisions, actions, and outcomes, turning complexity into clarity.The Director of Frontend Engineering plays a key role in this initiative, leading the Web Fabric team to define architecture, scale teams, and ensure low-latency, high-quality UX across all products. This leader manages 10+ engineers and managers, aligning with Data Engineering and ML/API teams to deliver end-to-end reliability and performance.Job Responsibilities:Frontend Architecture and Strategy: Own and evolve our frontend architecture and component strategy.Team Management: Manage 10+ frontend engineers and managers to deliver high-velocity React / Next.js applications.Architecture Documentation: Produce architecture documents, design specs, and implementation plans for executive review.Roadmap Alignment: Align architecture and delivery roadmaps with Data, ML and API teams.Engineering Best Practices: Establish frontend engineering best practices for CI/CD, testing, observability, and release automation.KPIs and Metrics: Define and track KPIs for velocity, UX performance, and developer productivity.Required Qualifications:Leadership Experience: 6+ years engineering experience (2+ in leadership managing 10+ engineers).Technical Expertise: Deep experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript or similar modern frameworks.Large-Scale Platform Building: Demonstrated success building and operating large-scale frontend platforms.CICD Automation and Observability: Strong foundation in CI/CD automation and frontend observability.Communication Skills: Proven ability to write architecture docs and run design reviews.Nice to Have Qualifications:Design System Implementation: Design-system implementation, SSR/SSG optimization, RUM analytics.Real-Time Frontends: Experience with real-time frontends (websockets, live data).Modern Deployment Pipelines: Familiarity with Vercel, CloudFront, and modern deployment pipelines.
