Job DescriptionThe Global Partner Lead will be responsible for the orchestration and management of our Partner Program in relation to our strategic Alliance with Microsoft.The successful candidate will own the ALIANDO Partner Program, including its administration, management, and inclusive tools associated therewith.This role will serve as the global lead for the administration of Microsoft Partner Center, which includes access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking & referral submissions, claim submissions, Azure revenue tracking, and issue resolution.This position will require a proficient understanding of how Microsoft's partner programs are executed and a track record of assessing, managing, and owning such programs at an organizational level.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Microsoft's partner programs, a proven ability to contribute to teams operationalizing complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal management.Able to leverage program knowledge to advise senior business leaders on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks.Strong English speaking, influencing, and communication skills.A working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies.Exposure to continuous process improvement and automation.Direct experience managing PAL/CPOR revenue recognition, incentives/earnings claims, and commercial marketplace listings.Ability to establish and manage lead SLAs and maintain data quality.Experience building or maintaining executive dashboards and reports for CPOR/PAL/ACR, co-sell pipeline, incentives, and claims.BenefitsWe offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation.An equal-opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.OthersThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organization and make a meaningful impact in the industry.
