Job Title:Director of Security LeadRole DescriptionWe are seeking a Director of Security Lead to serve as our top security leader.This role blends executive-level responsibility with hands-on operational leadership, overseeing detection and response programs, leading incident response for major security events, owning vulnerability management across cloud infrastructure, partnering closely with SRE/CloudOps to maintain secure configurations, defining and driving a secure SDLC, building and maintaining a threat modeling program, overseeing internal and external penetration testing efforts, owning all security governance and policy lifecycle management, leading the enterprise risk management program, and managing compliance programs such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Security LeadershipOversee detection and response programs.Lead incident response for major security events.Owning vulnerability management across cloud infrastructure.Partner closely with SRE/CloudOps to maintain secure configurations.Security Operations (SecOps)Define and drive a secure SDLC.Build and maintain a threat modeling program.Oversee internal and external penetration testing efforts.Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)Owning all security governance and policy lifecycle management.Lead the enterprise risk management program.Manage compliance programs such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI.
