Role Description
This is an internship role for a Copywriter at Defy Aerospace. The Copywriter will be responsible for writing press releases, communications, and marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include writing and editing content, proofreading, and collaborating with the marketing team. This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity for some remote work.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct a content audit across all communication channels (website, brochures, emails, social media, etc.).
- Refine and update website copy for clarity, SEO, and professionalism.
- Create or optimize social media captions and posts in collaboration with our marketing team.
- Write compelling email campaigns, blog posts, and advertisements.
- Edit and improve proposals, pitch decks, and training manuals.
- Align all materials with our brand voice and ensure consistency across platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in copywriting, with a portfolio of impactful work.
• Ability to adapt tone and style to align with our brand.
• Familiarity with the tech or aerospace industry (a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong SEO skills and knowledge of digital marketing trends.
• A proactive approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
