We’d love to meet you.🧭 The Role: Learning FacilitatorSubjects: Social StudiesGrades: High SchoolLocation: Kannuru, Hennur-Bagalur Road, North BangaloreType: Full-Time Timings: Mon–Fri (8 AM–5.30 PM) + alternate Saturdays🎯 What You'll DoYou will:Plan child-centric learning experiences aligned with our pedagogyDesign lessons, games, and provocations that make children wonder, connect, and exploreFacilitate immersive sessions with openness to children's ideas and feedbackReflect, document, and co-learn from children's observationsCollaborate across disciplines to deliver connected, purpose-based learningCommunicate with parents regularly as learning partnersInnovate and iterate—because no plan is ever perfect, and every child is differentParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and reflection cycles🔍 What We're Looking ForQualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (B.Ed optional but valuable if paired with mindset and skills)Experience: 3–5 years working with children or in creative/educational fieldsMindset:Eager to learn and growComfortable with uncertainty and innovationDriven by empathy, purpose, and playful rigorSkills:Strong written & spoken communicationCreativity, collaboration, and self-leadershipTech fluency (Word, PPT, Excel)Bonus if you have:A background in psychology, facilitation, creative writing, or public speakingExperience in game design, curriculum development, or changemaker educationSocial StudiesUnderstanding of history, geography, civics, and culture through a conceptual and systems lensAbility to make social sciences come alive with debates, simulations, stories, and changemaker narrativesPassion for connecting the local and global—helping children see themselves as citizens of a complex, interdependent worldFamiliarity with place-based learning and integrating real-world issues (climate, equity, governance)💌 How to ApplyWe care deeply about fit.
