About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Client Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, handling inquiries and providing accurate product/service information.
- Needs Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
- Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the company's offerings, features, and value propositions to communicate benefits effectively.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture trust-based relationships with prospects to enhance conversion opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full-time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 24th Sep'25 and 15th Oct'25
3. are available for a duration of 3 months and open to full-time role after the completion of internship
4. Who are residing in Bangalore only
5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
- Candidates in the final semester of their graduation or recent graduates can apply. Preference will be given to those with a background in Business, Marketing, or HR-related subjects.
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment
This is a paid internship with a stipend of ₹12,000–15,000. An interview will be conducted prior to the commencement of the internship.
