We are looking for passionate and qualified professionals to join their growing team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Architect, based on-site in South Delhi, India. The Architect will design and develop architectural plans and oversee the integration of components in structural or software projects. Responsibilities include developing innovative architectural solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and ensuring timely project delivery. The Architect will also ensure that all architectural designs meet safety, structural integrity, and aesthetic standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare architectural drawings and presentations.Participate in client meetings and translate requirements into design concepts.Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants on design and documentation.Conduct site visits and prepare reports for ongoing projects.Prepare working drawings and construction documents in compliance with local building codesand standards.Help coordinate drawings across different disciplines (structural, MEP, interiors).Maintain accurate project records and drawing sets.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).4+ years of experience in architectural design or practice (internships included).Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Good understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and building materials.Basic knowledge of local building codes and construction methods.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects under supervision.Available for a face-to-face interview only. No virtual interviews will be entertained.
