They will play a critical role in leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and driving technical innovation within the organization Key Responsibilities1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.2. Design and develop robust software solutions using c#, c++, and wpf, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and design for software projects.4. Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and implement best practices to ensure code quality and efficient delivery.5. Stay updated on emerging technologies in c#, c++, and wpf, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's technical roadmap.6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions and recommendations to meet project deadlines.7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline development processes, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.Skill Requirements1.
