Machine Learning EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that drive business growth.Data Engineering: The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, designing data pipelines, and implementing data warehouses.Feature Engineering: Develop and implement features that improve model accuracy and performance;Ensure parity with a feature store (e.g., Feast) and model registry (e.g., MLflow).MLOps & Deployment: Package models (Docker), deploy to managed services (Vertex/SageMaker/Cloud Run), wire CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and blue-green/rollback patterns.The successful candidate will have prior experience working in adtech/martech and a strong background in machine learning. They will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy models that meet business needs. A strong understanding of data plumbing and schemas is also essential.Prior experience with data ingestion and modeling across Shopify/GA4/ESP/CRM/ad platforms;Define event taxonomy, identity graph, and data contracts.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and possess a strong passion for machine learning. This role requires someone who can work independently as well as collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
