DFT Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of DFT Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Design for Test (DFT) concepts to ensure seamless testing and validation of complex digital circuits.Required Skills and QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of DFT principles and concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, MBIST insertion, and memory test validation.Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Perl and shell, with a focus on RTL and gate-level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.Expertise in equivalence check, DFT DRC rules, and experience working with Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for innovation and excellence.
