Job Opportunity: Technical Expertise in HCM CloudJob Description:We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical guidance and support for the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design effective technical solutions. Your expertise will also be applied to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to meet business needs.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical development, experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, and excellent problem-solving skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience in technical development with Oracle HCM CloudStrong knowledge of US and Canada PayrollExpertise in Fast Formula development, BIP, OTBI, SQL/PL SQL tuning, and programmingExperience with HDL, HCM Extracts, SDLC, and JIRAAbility to analyze data integrity and governanceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsEducation/Certifications:Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant fieldKnowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Payroll areaBenefits:This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities for growth and development.
