Admission Counselor (Tamil)Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per monthJob description:Key Responsibilities:Student Counseling and SupportProvide accurate and up-to-date information to prospective students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and deadlines.Offer guidance and assistance to students in selecting appropriate programs based on their educational goals, interests, and qualifications.Conduct individual advising sessions to address student inquiries, concerns, and provide personalized support throughout the admission process.Evaluate prospective students' academic records, transcripts, and other relevant documentation to determine eligibility for admission.Data Management and ReportingMaintain accurate and organized records of student interactions, inquiries, and application materials.Generate reports and analyze data related to admissions, enrollment trends, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.Utilize relevant software and databases to track student information and update records in accordance with data protection and privacy regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degreeStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse individuals.Knowledge of educational programs, admission requirements, and financial aid processes.Familiarity with student information systems, CRM tools, and other admission-related software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Experience in student counseling, recruitment, or admissions-related roles is advantageous.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Cell phone reimbursementWork Location: Koramangala, BangaloreJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20, ₹43,711.99 per monthWork Location: In person
