We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.About the RoleAs a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality ad creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and revenue. You will work closely with our performance marketing team to develop strong visual concepts that fit brand guidelines and deliver results.This role requires creativity, speed, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how design impacts performance.Your Key Responsibilities:Ad Creatives:• Create visually appealing static and motion creatives for various digital platforms• Design multiple variations for A/B testing• Develop scroll-stopping concepts that attract the right audienceBrand and Marketing Design:• Design landing page banners and website graphics• Create email graphics, thumbnails, and social media visuals• Maintain visual consistency across brandsCreative Strategy:• Work with the performance team to understand what works and what does not• Analyze creative performance and contribute ideas to improve results• Take ownership of creative quality from start to finishYou Will Need:• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design• Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives is required• Understanding of design for performance campaigns• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar toolsWhat We Offer:• Opportunity to design for multiple brands across industries• Freedom to test ideas and turn them into real campaigns• Collaborative and dynamic work environment• Long-term stable role with opportunities for growth and development
