This includes working on complex data analysis projects, creating machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendationsDevelop and deploy machine learning models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmakingApply clustering techniques to segment users based on skills, career goals, and learning preferencesEmbedding and similarity analysis to measure the similarity between skills, jobs, and learning resourcesStatistical modeling and analysis to analyze data, test hypotheses, and validate model performanceData preprocessing and feature engineering to clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and modelingCollaboration and communication with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and communicate resultsRequired Skills and Qualifications:3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar roleStrong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorchSolid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniquesExperience with clustering, embedding, similarity analysis, and segmentation analyticsProficiency in statistical science, including K-Means, Cosine Similarity, and other relevant methodsExperience working with large datasets and distributed computing environmentsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesBenefits:Pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is a plusExperience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an assetA strong portfolio of data science projects demonstrating your skills and experience is essentialDiversity and Inclusion:We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
