As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting IT systems and solutions within the organization. Your role will involve assessing business needs, recommending technology solutions, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT infrastructure and applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for IT systems and applications.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements or new solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of IT projects, including software deployment, configuration, and customization.
  • Integrate new systems with existing infrastructure and applications, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance tuning to ensure successful deployment.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring problems and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement security controls, such as access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.
  • Monitor systems for security incidents and coordinate incident response activities.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
  • Proficiency in system analysis, solution design, and project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software applications, databases, operating systems, and networking technologies.
  • Knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
