Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for day-to-day client tasks related to legal consulting and advocacy. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, directly interacting with clients, and providing legal advice and advocacy services to corporate clients.
Qualifications & ExperienceLaw degree from a recognised institutionAdmitted to a Bar Council4-8 years of experience in legal consulting and advocacyStrong knowledge of Indian laws and legal proceduresExcellent research, writing, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
Experience FocusIt will be an added advantage for you to have prior experience in handling labour & employment laws, employee relations matters and as also exposure to technology contracts review and negotiation.
