SAP Cloud Architect Advisory Job DescriptionThis role entails designing and guiding customers on their SAP landscapes, with a focus on the RISE Platform.As an elevated role in career progression for SAP Basis consultants, architects will plan, design, and guide customers through their landscape setup on the RISE Platform.The position requires close collaboration with the sales/account executives team to understand customer requirements and create to-be landscape architecture/design based on SAP product/infrastructure selection.Responsibilities:Discussing landscape architecture with customer leaders and technical teams.Creating technical assessments to discuss with customers about their to-be landscapes.Conducting workshops with customers (networking, HA concepts, RACI reviews).This is a customer-facing role that involves joining meetings, answering technical queries from customer teams, and presenting assessments.No hands-on work is expected in this architect role.Career Advancement OpportunitiesAs a cloud architect, you'll have the scope to learn new technologies on SAP products (S/4HANA, HANA Database, MDG, SaaS Products) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Access to all SAP internal training and learning materials to gain knowledge in latest technologies.Exposure to multiple customers across various industries, allowing you to gain knowledge about different SAP landscape setups, delivery processes, and challenges.Technical Skills and Qualifications:6+ years of experience in CAA role; REX skills (SAP Basis, SAP HANA, S/4 HANA), migration/upgrades, and experience on any cloud platform (AWS, MS Azure, GCP); good communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
