Job Title: User Interface SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Interface Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the product development team, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our platform.Job DescriptionAs a User Interface Specialist, you will work closely with the founding team to conceptualize and implement an exceptional user interface that meets the needs of our users. This includes leading frontend architecture decisions to ensure the platform is scalable and maintainable, driving forward web performance optimization, and advocating for and implementing UI/UX best practices.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement user interfaces that meet the needs of our users.Lead frontend architecture decisions to ensure the platform is scalable, maintainable, and meets the highest standards of user experience.Drive forward web performance optimization initiatives to ensure fast and seamless user experiences.Advocate for and implement UI/UX best practices to ensure users are at the heart of every design decision.Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and integrate them where relevant to improve user experience.Establish foundational frontend practices that will guide future team members.Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science and extensive experience working with React/NextJS or similar frontend frameworks.
