Lead Motion Designer & Post-Production SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled motion designer and post-production expert to shape and elevate motion design, CGI, and post-production within our global creative production hub.This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, SFX, VFX, CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.Key Responsibilities:Motion & Post-Production LeadershipLead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Creative & Technical ExecutionBe hands-on in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, and color workflows using industry-standard tools (After Effects, Nuke, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, Flame).Direct and review the work of designers, compositors, and editors to maintain the studio's creative benchmark.Introduce new motion design techniques, animation trends, and post-production workflows to enhance storytelling.Workflow, Process & Quality GovernanceEstablish best practices and workflow templates for motion and post projects across short-form, digital, and broadcast media.Define rendering, file-management, and QC standards to ensure delivery consistency.Partner with automation and technology teams to identify automation or AI-assisted opportunities.Team Development & Capability GrowthLead, mentor, and upskill a team of motion designers, compositors, colorists, and editors.Drive internal training on new software, motion trends, and cinematic design principles.Collaboration & IntegrationWork closely with regional teams to align motion output with campaign needs and market nuances.
