Job Title: Cloud Transformation ExpertAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Expert to lead our team in designing and implementing innovative cloud contact center solutions for our clients.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based contact center technologies, particularly Amazon Connect, and excellent consulting skills to drive business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead the setup and configuration of Amazon Connect environments to meet client requirementsWork closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designsDevelop backend integrations using AWS Lambda and REST APIs to enhance client experiencesIntegrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems to provide seamless customer engagementSupport user testing, deployment, and documentation to ensure smooth project deliveryTroubleshoot issues and improve existing contact flows to meet client expectationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 7 years of experience in contact center / CTI spaceAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon ConnectProven experience working in a consulting role for CTI transformation projectsStrong knowledge of Amazon Connect features: contact flows, routing, queues, agent setupExperience integrating Amazon Connect with CRMs like Salesforce or ZendeskGood understanding of AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatchBasic scripting with Node.js or PythonExperience in building or enhancing IVRs using Amazon LexComfortable working independently in a client-facing environmentNice to Have:Exposure to Cisco, Avaya, Genesys (legacy CTI systems)AWS certificationKnowledge of SIP, VoIP, or WebRTCExperience with Amazon Connect Tasks, Contact Lens, WisdomBenefits:Pursue challenging projects that drive business growth and innovationCollaborate with experienced professionals who share your passion for cloud contact center solutionsGrow your expertise through ongoing training and development opportunitiesEnjoy a dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and teamworkOthers:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the way businesses engage with their customers.
