Project Coordinator for IT InitiativesAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects.This role will be responsible for managing timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure successful project outcomes.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.You will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, preparing project updates, and documenting processes to ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.Project Management: Coordinate between internal resources and teams for the execution of project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to committed scope.Communication: Prepare and disseminate project updates to project members and executive management, as well as document SOPs and ensure processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.Collaboration: Work with lead partners to coordinate people and processes, measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and report and escalate to management as needed.Client Relationships: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, leading and managing technology implementation projects from initiation to completion.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an IT environment.Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
