It also allows us to pivot quickly, which is key to succeeding in an ever-changing market. The Brief:As a COPYWRITER INTERN at Wirality, you are both a strategist and a creative thinker. You are a master of writing on behalf of brands, in their distinct and unique voices. You can handle anything from brand manifestos & video scripts to concept write ups and social posts across all social platforms. We are on the lookout for someone who lives, breathes & eats creative storytelling. We do not want long essays or lists of school & college level achievements (that includes your academic report). We want to meet people who love creating and want to do nothing but use their skills to create solutions for brands. We want to meet people who :Can use their creative skills, understand various cultural nuances, grasp human behavior and use it to solve marketing problems for a variety of brands.Who can understand the difference between a creative idea and strategic execution, based on a client's business objective.Who are capable of conceptualizing ideas for all mediums, from TV to digital platforms. Stay current with technology and trends as well as seek opportunities to improve marketing skills.Understand the brand's objective and write accordingly. Know how to handle and implement feedback from creative leads Periodically brainstorm with the brand team and come up with new ideas with respect to new emerging technologies.Overseeing the campaign/project from concept to execution stage. Prerequisites for this role:Candidate must represent a body of writing/ideation/creative work:(Big campaigns, digital/social-first creative ideas, longform and short-form content, some innovation-led, experiential, digital, or OOH work is a plus but not mandatory.)6 months to 1+ years of agency-side experience writing copies is a plus.Can juggle multiple projects and tasks at onceSelf-motivated & proactive with a positive attitude and strong communication skillsCulturally immersed and passionate about emerging technology & trendsA demonstrated passion for and understanding of digital ecosystemFlawless knowledge of spelling and grammar with ability to break rules as neededDeep vocabulary, working knowledge of slang terms and colloquial expressionsProficiency in Google Suite (email, docs, drive, slides)Eye for innovation – identifying emerging platforms and trends in the digital space Other Requirements :Ability to commute to workOwn a laptop that you can use at workGet us all tea (Just kidding, we drink coffee) The platinum rules for working here are :Make the job of the person next to you easierBe that person who everyone always wants to work withHoney > VinegarOur Hiring Process: Think of this as a mini reality show—minus the drama, plus a lot more Wi-Fi.Resume ShortlistingWe scan your resume like a hawk (with glasses), looking for experience, spark, and signs of caffeine addiction.Screening CallOur HR team will give you a ring to chat about your experience, vibe-check your energy, and confirm you're not a cat using a keyboard.Initial InterviewYou’ll meet our hiring panel.
