Workday Core HCM Consultant Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Workday Core HCM Certified Consultant with 2+ years of experience in delivering Workday solutions for our esteemed clients.Designation: Workday Core HCM ConsultantMandate Skill: Workday Core HCM, Workday CertificationExperience - 2+ YearsLocation – Any India Location (Remote Work)Position Type - Permanent/FulltimeWorking Hours – FlexibleThis role is responsible for ensuring the successful production support and configuration of HCM modules under the umbrella such as Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.The Workday HCM Consultant will contribute to the development of our Workday AMS practice by driving innovative solutions, strategic consulting, and exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality Workday implementation and support services to multiple clients simultaneously with minimal supervision.Understand client business requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the design, configuration, and testing phases.Support clients during key events like Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment, clear communication, and timely maintenance of forecasts.Partner with Sales teams to assist with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs while maintaining subject matter expertise.Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and Workday enhancements to advise on best practices.BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH TRUST AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
