GenAI SpecialistThis is a role that involves the implementation of end-to-end GenAI powered RAG & multi-agent systems.The individual will be responsible for providing guidance on system architecture and components.Key tasks include building TTD system components: LLM Agents, Routing, State management, Vector stores and more generally context providing.Rerankers, Validation and assessment rules.Project Execution:The specialist will run end-to-end initiatives (Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment).Analyze and interpret findings.Deliver high quality technical solutions to customers.Draw conclusions and recommendations- including expected benefits.Requirements:Familiarity with theory behind various deep learning concepts.Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in the area of Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multimodal models.Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing and model deployment.Fluency in Python and object programming, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.Solid experience with GCP/VertexAI is a must.Knowledge of specific Deep Learning and GenAI libraries like: NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini/Claude.Bonus Requirements:Experience in working with Databricks will be beneficial.Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision will be advantageous.Essential Skills:Experience with microservice architectures.Experience with code repositories and code assistants.Strong business acumen.Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems.Ability to lead juniors in project teams.
