Global Legal Leadership RoleThis leadership position oversees the execution, governance, and performance of client projects across various sectors. It encompasses global delivery, compliance, and client-centric engagement.The successful candidate will lead diverse service lines, including Legal Representation, Regulatory Operations, Import–Export & Warehousing, and Distribution-as-a-Service (DaaS), ensuring timely, compliant, and client-focused delivery.Lead global service delivery with clear governance, SOPs, and accountability.Institutionalize a centralized LR delivery model meeting multi-country compliance standards.Build and lead a high-performance team in India with expertise to support global clients.Engage with regional consultants and regulatory authorities for seamless representation and audit readiness.Drive quality, compliance, and efficiency through well-defined processes, templates, and technology enablement.Maintain SLA compliance, operational excellence, and profitability across engagements.Champion continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization.Mentor cross-functional teams across Regulatory, LR, and Logistics operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's in Life Sciences, Operations, or Business Management.15+ years in Service Delivery or Operations, preferably in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare Services.Proven leadership in global delivery, compliance, and client governance.Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics, and process automation.
