Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team at Leap 300.Key ObjectivesSupport the Head of Sales in expanding and nurturing the donor base.Identify and engage potential donors through referrals from existing high-net-worth individuals and partners.Develop and implement strategies to drive renewals, identify new prospects, and enhance donor satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with the Head of Sales to maintain CRM records, analyze donor trends, and prepare concise updates for leadership.ResponsibilitiesReferrals: Identify and engage potential donors through referrals from existing HNIs and partners.Lead Generation: Independently source and penetrate new high-value networks and partnerships.Prospecting & Outreach: Build curated lists of prospective HNIs and conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to secure new donations.Donor Renewals: Track donor cycles, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely renewals of existing contributors.Donor Experience Management: Coordinate personalized communication, impact reports, and feedback collection to enhance donor satisfaction and retention.Requirements1–2 years of experience in sales, fundraising, partnerships, or client relationship management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in reaching out to senior professionals and HNIs.Highly organized and detail-driven, with strong follow-through.Comfort with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and presentation decks.Passion for social impact and willingness to learn donor relationship building in a mission-driven context.ProfileOur ideal candidate is highly motivated and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be comfortable working with CRM tools and have a passion for social impact.
