Job Title: Senior React Native Developer – OTT (Android Mobile, iOS Mobile, Web, and TV Apps)


Location: Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad


Job Type: Full-Time


Responsibilities :

  • OTT Apps: Design, develop, and implement OTT applications across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, smart TVs (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, etc.), and web.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
  • Ensure Optimal Performance: Utilize native platform APIs as needed to maximize app performance and responsiveness.
  • Debug and Optimize: Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and UI inconsistencies across all platforms.
  • Integrate and Manage APIs: Efficiently handle third-party API integration and manage API requests with complex state management requirements.
  • Deployment and Maintenance: Oversee app deployment to the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and web, managing release cycles and updates.
  • Stay Current: Continuously update your knowledge on React Native, TV app development, and cross-platform best practices.


Qualifications :

  • Experience: 5+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in React Native development across Android, iOS, Web, and ideally TV platforms.
  • TV App Development Expertise: Strong experience in developing and optimizing applications for TV platforms (e.g., Android TV, Apple TV)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and React: Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and React fundamentals. Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
  • Native Mobile Development: Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is advantageous.
  • API Integration Skills: Proficiency in RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, with experience in backend integration (Node.js, Ruby on Rails)
  • Version Control: Strong skills with Git and experience in collaborative workflows.
  • Deployment Expertise: Knowledge of app submission processes for Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and web deployment practices.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.


Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing OTT applications for various platforms (TV, mobile, and web)
  • Familiarity with Redux or MobX for efficient state management.
  • Ability to bridge native code for specific platform functionality.
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices.
  • Experience with cross-platform testing frameworks and debugging tools for React Native.
