This role also involves preparing and maintaining accurate digital and physical financial records aligned with US GAAP.Detailed ResponsibilitiesManage R2R processes including journal entries, general ledger accounting, and month-end close activities.Prepare and maintain accurate digital and physical financial records aligned with US GAAP.Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and resolve open items promptly.Analyze business transactions and provide accurate financial reports and insights.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.Handle intercompany accounting, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting.Conduct periodic reviews and internal audits to ensure accuracy of expenses, revenue, and financial statements.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.Develop and implement effective accounting policies, SOPs, and process improvements.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
