The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality assurance, safety compliance, and coordination between contractors, consultants, and the project management team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day site activities related to civil, structural, and finishing works.Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow at site.Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report updates to the Project Manager.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and rectify issues promptly.Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports for billing and documentation.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at the site.Assist in procurement planning and materials management.Liaise with consultants, architects, and local authorities when required.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience: 2–6 years in industrial, commercial, or warehousing facility construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.What We OfferCompetitive salary package (based on experience).Opportunity to work on large-scale industrial facility projects.Career growth in a fast-expanding industrial infrastructure company.Dynamic and professional work environment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, FreelanceContract length: 36 monthsPay: ₹20, ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementShift availability:Day Shift (Required)Night Shift (Preferred)Willingness to travel:50% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
