We specialise in Oracle Cloud solutions, data platforms, and digital transformation programmes for large enterprise and government clients, including leading banks and insurance companies. This is a consulting-track role designed for CA Freshers who will receive structured, in-depth training in Oracle Fusion Financials . You will contribute to global finance transformation projects and work closely with senior consultants and UK/US-based client stakeholders. You will be involved in end-to-end implementation activities including requirement analysis, solution design, documentation, testing, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities Learn Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules through structured training Participate in finance process discussions and requirement-gathering workshops Assist in creating business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows Prepare artefacts such as fit-gap analysis, configuration documents, test scripts, training material, and data templates Support system configuration under the guidance of senior consultants Work with UK-based project teams and align with UK working hours Engage professionally with global clients in structured project interactions Support testing cycles, identify defects, perform analysis, and coordinate user feedback What We Are Looking For Educational Qualification Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Bachelors Degree required Candidate Background Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and core finance principles Excellent communication skills ability to articulate thoughts clearly and interact confidently with global clients Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation Interest in consulting, business systems, and enterprise finance technology Willingness to travel internationally if project needs require Self-driven, organised, and disciplined work ethic Core Skills Required Strong analytical and logical reasoning capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to learn quickly and take ownership Professionalism, accountability, and strong client-facing presence Curiosity to explore financial technologies and cloud-based business systems Why This Opportunity Stands Out Comprehensive training in Oracle Fusion Financials , one of the most in-demand global skillsets Direct exposure to UK and global consulting projects Early involvement in real-world enterprise finance implementations Clear career progression within a consulting environment Opportunity to work with leading clients across banking, insurance, and financial services
