Leading a high-growth engineering organization is a challenging yet rewarding experience. As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for building and scaling a remote team that can deliver impactful solutions.Key areas of focus include system architecture and design, ensuring scalable and secure solutions for consumer-facing platforms. Additionally, you will establish and manage the engineering development process, driving modern practices in coding, testing, and deployment.A successful candidate will have proven experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in an engineering management role, preferably leading remote teams. They should also possess hands-on experience in recruiting engineers, building onboarding programs, and creating successful teams.About the OpportunityThis role offers the chance to work with a high-growth FinTech business, publicly listed on the NASDAQ, that is expanding its engineering capabilities across Asia.
