If you're ready to adapt, pivot and learn, then you may be the perfect fit for our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Leverage data to identify key opportunities and propose suitable AI tool(s) with measurable impactConceptualize and implement AI powered workflows to reduce contact rate, handling time and analyze customer sentiment for tailored resolutionCross-collaborate with teams to consolidate consumer insights into systems for decision makingDevelop and implement Co-pilot for chat and inbound support leveraging insights from customer sentiments, pain points and knowledge baseUse data to personalize customer experiences across different channelsUpskill CS teams to familiarize and actively use AI capabilities including prompt construction and data interpretationPartner with L&D to create relevant courses and playbooksDesign feedback loop between engineering, CS and product teams to evolve capabilitiesDefine and track key success metrics such as CSAT, Contact Deflection, AI Adoption and Resolution RatesTurn success into stories on how AI helped streamline support and its cost impactRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in computer science or MBA from a top tier institute or a professional course in AI from a recognized institution5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience or Digital TransformationProven ability to translate business and functional pain-points into clear AI solutionsExcellent cross-functional communication skillsAbility to analyze complex data and craft compelling storiesBonus Qualifications:Experience in SaaS, e-commerce or high-growth tech environments],
