As a strategic leader, you will coach and mentor a team of DAP specialists while partnering with clients to shape, design, and execute their digital adoption strategies.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Instructional Designers and DAP Content Developers to drive innovation and quality.Provide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to build team capability and confidence in DAP implementation.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that solutions align with client goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystems.Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on their DAP vision, roadmap, and governance approach to maximize adoption and ROI.Facilitate strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define digital adoption goals, success measures, and change management alignment.Translate client business needs into actionable DAP strategies and scalable adoption frameworks.Build strong, long-term relationships with client leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes.Provide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of WalkMe and other DAP solutions across enterprise applications, ensuring user-centric and outcome-focused approaches.Review and guide solution design to guarantee seamless integration with client digital ecosystems and optimal adoption rates.Mentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills as well as technical best practices to drive team growth and expertise.Evaluate emerging trends and innovations in DAP to advise clients on best practices and optimize their digital adoption strategies.Requirements:Proven experience in leading DAP implementation projects with significant adoption and ROI results.Strong understanding of digital transformation, enterprise software, and business operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.The chance to work with top clients and contribute to their digital adoption success.This is an excellent opportunity to join a talented team and make a meaningful impact on the digital transformation journey of our clients.
