Job Opportunity: Direct Tax SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee end-to-end tax compliance, audits, assessments, advisory, and litigation for our organization.Key Responsibilities:• Manage all direct tax matters for the organization• Prepare and file income tax returns, TDS/TCS returns, SFT and all statutory forms• Review agreements and provide advisory from an income tax standpoint• Handle income tax audits, scrutiny, appeals and departmental coordination• Liaise with consultants, advocates and tax authorities for ongoing matters• Manage international taxation—foreign remittances, Form 15CA/CB, Transfer Pricing• Prepare workings for tax provisions, deferred tax and ledger reconciliations• Maintain MIS for tax compliance, litigation and audit tracking• Stay updated with regulatory amendments and ensure internal complianceRequirements:• CA/CA Inter/MBA with strong direct tax and FEMA knowledge• Experience in audits, assessments and tax litigation• Comfortable working in Tally/ERP; IND AS knowledge is a plus• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills• Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of guiding junior staff
