We are hiring an entrepreneurial person to join our team to work as an IT Recruiter. This is an on-site role.

Proven work experience as a Recruiter in the UK or US market, ideally from a recruitment agency specializing in Software Engineering and Technical recruitment.
Good track record of direct sourcing methodologies, including CV database searching, Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, and insights on where to find suitable candidates
Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the technical candidate market and the ability to assess candidates against our technical requirements
You will take pride in delivering a seamless resourcing service to the talent team/hiring managers
Ideally you will have previous experience using an ATS system and be tech-savvy
Happy to work 40 hours per week, ideally spread across 5 working days.

Experience Level – 1 to 3 Years
Salary: Based on current CTC & Experience
Shifts: UK Shifts - 1.30pm to 9.30pm IST
Job Location: Thane - Kalpataru Prime, Wagle Estate (Candidates need to be at a commutable distance - Out of station candidates will be rejected)
