Generative AI Engineer PositionWe are seeking an experienced leader to drive innovation and architecture of large-scale Generative AI systems.Define the AI vision and technical direction for the Generative AI team.Identify and execute high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformation.Design, build, and deploy advanced generative models using AWS and modern MLOps tools.Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent workflows.Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ML training workflows.Train, deploy, and scale models using AWS and modern MLOps tools.Cross-functionally collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams.Coach ML/AI engineers on design, architecture, and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's in CS/ML/AI or related field (Master's/PhD preferred).5+ years' experience in ML/Data Science, with a focus on Generative AI.Expertise in Transformer-based models.Experience with multimodal datasets.Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas.Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and optimization.Hands-on with AWS, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and deploying complex AI systems. Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams are essential.
