AI Workflow EngineerWe're building production-grade AI systems and applications that power real user experiences.Create, deploy and iterate large language model (LLM) workflows for retrieval, routing, tool use, function calling and multi-step tasks.Implement agentic applications that plan, call tools/APIs and maintain state across tasks.Build robust pipelines for data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing and latency-optimized retrieval using RAG technology.Own prompt engineering & evaluation through A/B tests, guardrails and metrics like latency, cost, quality and safety.Productionize models/workflows with observability features, cost controls and fallbacks to ensure high-quality outputs.Develop backend services and APIs integrating with data stores and vector databases in Python using frameworks like FastAPI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into reliable, user-facing features.Required Skills:Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom).Proficiency in Python; building RESTful services and writing clean, tested code.Familiarity with RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant), embeddings and their applications.Understanding of agent patterns (tool calling, planning/execution, memory) and workflow engines.Familiarity with prompt design, safety/guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.Basics of cloud and deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Git, CI/CD and DevOps best practices.Strong debugging mindset and bias to ship high-quality products.Key Benefits:Contribute to the development of innovative AI systems and applications.Work on a range of exciting projects and collaborate with talented engineers.Opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic environment.
