Role Summary

As a Senior Manager – SAP SuccessFactors, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP SuccessFactors while also providing strategic leadership for SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA, SCM, Finance). This role blends hands-on application design with architectural leadership, ensuring scalable, high-impact solutions across business functions. You will engage in strategy, solutioning, stakeholder advisory, and team leadership to deliver enterprise-grade outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors while also driving cross-domain SAP architecture decisions.
  • Lead SAP transformation programs, including S/4HANA migrations and process modernization in SCM and Finance.
  • Design, build, and configure SAP applications to meet diverse business processes and application requirements.
  • Provide strategic advisory and influencing skills to guide multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop maturity models, best practices, and reusable tools/templates to improve SAP delivery efficiency.
  • Drive high-value deal solutioning in collaboration with business development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, validate designs, and promote adoption.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with SAP vendors for priority support and escalation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
  • Mentor junior professionals in SAP application development, transformation methodologies, and leadership skills.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 15–20 years of overall SAP experience with 10+ years in SAP leadership.
  • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors design, configuration, and integration.
  • Strong background in SAP S/4HANA migrations, SCM, and Finance transformations.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic architecture roadmaps and maturity models.
  • Experience leading large-scale SAP programs and multi-team decision-making.
  • Degree in B.Tech/BE/BCA/MCA (full-time, 15 years of formal education).


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors and/or S/4HANA modules.
  • Experience with cross-platform integration and cloud-based SAP solutions.
  • Exposure to agile delivery methodologies and global transformation programs.


Professional & Technical Skills

  • Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.).
  • Expertise in application design principles, integration tools, and reporting within SAP ecosystems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and stabilize large-scale SAP deployments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across C-level and technical teams.
  • Track record of delivering enterprise SAP transformations in global organizations.


Additional Information

  • Location: PAN India (with flexibility for client engagements).
  • Experience: 15–20 years, with significant leadership in SAP SuccessFactors & SAP architecture.
  • Education: Full-time graduate degree (B.Tech/BE/BCA/MCA).
