Reporting SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced professional to design and deliver high-quality reports across various business modules.Gather reporting requirements from business teams and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and analytics using data models and Fusion Cloud applications.Create complex data models and work with Fusion subject areas and module-specific datasets (HCM, ERP, SCM, Procurement, etc.).Evaluate report performance and optimize as needed.Foster collaboration with business teams to ensure reports meet their needs.About the Role:This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality reports that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with Oracle Fusion Reporting and BI Publisher.Responsibilities:Develop and customize OTBI reports, dashboards, and analytics.Build BI Publisher reports, including data models, XML, RTF/Excel templates.Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and modeling.Design effective data models and work with Fusion subject areas and module-specific datasets.Troubleshoot report issues and optimize report performance.Requirements:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with Oracle Fusion Reporting and BI Publisher.Ability to design and develop complex data models.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
