Senior Credit SpecialistJob Overview:The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in financial analysis software.We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Credit Specialist to strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities.Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit reports for transactions.Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets to ensure alignment with company policies.Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.Qualifications: 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good in Financial Modeling.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.Work Environment: Fully remote, based in India.Work Schedule: Must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
