We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.Develop intelligent workflows, personalized recommendations, and automation by leveraging Salesforce Einstein/Einstein GPT, LLMs, vector databases, and external ML services.Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of generative AI, and the ability to develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-time automation.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce + AI/ML Development: Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making.Integrate AI/ML models within Salesforce CRM to power intelligent data retrieval, opportunity insights, workflow automation, and personalized recommendations.Generative AI & Intelligent AutomationBuild and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and LLMs for contextual understanding inside Salesforce workflows.Create custom AI-powered automation solutions including Einstein Bots and bespoke chatbots for sales and service processes.Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI/ML model accuracy, performance, and user experience through continuous feedback loops.Salesforce Platform EngineeringExtend Salesforce functionality with Apex (Triggers/Classes), LWC, Aura Framework, Visualforce Pages, web services, and Apex APIs.Manage Git-based CI/CD processes to support efficient development and deployment cycles.Ensure end-to-end scalability, security, compliance, and reliability for all deployed models and integrations.Collaboration & InnovationWork closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to identify new AI-driven opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.Stay current with advancements in generative AI (transformers, LLMs, RAG, integration frameworks) and recommend adoption of relevant technologies.
