Job Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader to drive delivery excellence for our clients.Lead distributed AgileRPO teams, ensuring consistent output and productivity across multiple clients and time zones.Drive daily sprint-based recruitment operations, maintaining high standards of SLA adherence and quality.Provide strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and enabling Talent Partners to succeed in high-volume mandates.Oversee AgileRPO performance: capacity planning, forecasting, reporting, client stakeholder management, and escalations.Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on hiring strategies, workforce planning, talent market insights, and process improvements.Ensure smooth execution of global hiring needs across tech and non-tech roles, including senior and niche talent segments.Implement scalable recruitment processes, talent analytics, and quality frameworks to elevate overall delivery.About You: To be successful, you should have 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 5+ years managing recruiters in an RPO or agency-managed service model. Experience leading remote teams is required. A strong understanding of recruiting sprints and agile workflows is essential.
