Head-Admissions – Shamirpet, Hyderabad & NCR CAMPUS (Bahadurgarh)

National Institute of Construction Management and Research is a pioneering organization for the promotion of education, training, research, professionalism, and skill formation at all levels of the construction and other allied industries. NICMAR is an independent, autonomous, non-government, non-profit entity incorporated in Mumbai.

JOB PURPOSE: The Head-Admissions for NICMAR Hyderabad and NICMAR , Bahadurgarh will lead the admissions department and oversee the entire student recruitment and enrollment process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

v Developing and implementing admissions policies, procedures and strategies to attract and enroll qualified students

v Responsible for achievement of specific targets for on-campus admissions, revenue and ensuring alignment with overall enrolment goals. This includes conversion of applications to admissions through the process of conducting Entrance test to GD/PI to collection of fees (Including EMI cases).

v Reviewing and evaluating student applications, making final admission decisions

v Responsible for guiding students through the final steps of enrolment, such as document submission, fee payment, and onboarding. Also, cater to new batch induction & onboarding

v Providing guidance to applicants on admission requirements, financial aid, and enrollment

v Planning and executing recruitment activities such as campus tours, information sessions, industry interface and attendance at college fairs

v Manage Transfer and Drop-Outs and accordingly reaching out to Marketing Team on real-time basis for sourcing more applications

v Collaborating with other departments (marketing, academics, etc.) to promote the institution and ensure a smooth admissions process

v Analyzing admissions data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

v Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and accreditation standards

v Managing the budget and represent and brand institute for external events and conferences

v INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP:

v Working under Director – Campus & dotted line reporting to Director – Sales & Marketing

External

v Relevant stakeholders.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:

· Master's degree

· Relevant experience in Higher Education Institute (HEI) or a related field

· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful admissions strategies
