Experience & Skills Required5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, analysis, or related functions.Experience in a corporate finance environment is preferred.Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, dashboards, automation).Ability to create and present comprehensive financial reports and charts.Power BI experience is a strong plus. EducationBachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.MBA / Advanced Degree in Finance preferred.Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are an added advantage.
